Refund Policy

If you wish to return new unopened Products for a refund to Go Epos Limited please read the following terms.

We may amend these terms without prior notice. These terms were last updated on 9th May 2019.

 

1. Return Of Products For Refund

If you have made a purchase of Products by telephone, from our Site webstore, or via a quotation, you may return the Products within 30 days of purchase where the following conditions will apply:

1.1. Before returning any products you must first obtain an RMA number from us as detailed in Clause 2.

1.2. Products are not supplied on a trial or test basis. All products must be returned in their original packaging and must be unopened. Any products that have been opened will be returned to you at your cost and no refund will be given.

1.3. A 10% restocking fee of the purchase price will apply to all Products returned.

1.4. All products must be clearly labelled with the RMA number.

1.5. The customer is fully responsible for organising insured delivery and the safe return of the purchased Products.

1.6. Any Products received that have been damaged during delivery, returned not in the original unopened packaging, or have been received without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you at your cost.

1.7. Refunds will be issued within seven working days of receiving the hardware.

2. RMA Number

To obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation) you must call our office on Tel: 0333 772 0050 and provide all of the following details.

2.1. Make/Model and Serial number(s) of the Product(s) being returned (or the order/invoice number if the product does not have a serial number)
2.2. Business name
2.3. Business address and postcode
2.4. Contact name
2.5. Contact number
2.6. Contact email address
2.7. Return address and postcode
2.8. Return contact name
2.9. Return contact number
